We don't hide our rates behind a "talk to sales" wall. Below are the per-page rates by tier and document complexity. The plan price covers your monthly included pages; rates below apply to overages and to volume-based Enterprise contracts. Not sure what you'd pay at your volume? Rates are per page processed, billed at end-of-month. Sync and async modes are billed at the same rate. Multi-LLM consensus on Professional and Enterprise is included in the rate — no surcharge for hitting both providers. Pages that fail validation and get re-processed in the same request are billed once. Pages that get reviewed in the HITL queue are billed once regardless of how many times a human edits them. Rates may change with 30-day notice to existing customers.

Overages are billed per page at a rate proportional to your plan. You'll get usage alerts at 80% and 100% of your monthly limit. No surprise invoices — overage caps are configurable on Professional and Enterprise.
No. Customer data never enters our model training. All LLM API calls run with zero-retention configured. For fine-tuned models on Enterprise, the artifact is isolated per customer tenant and never shared.
A page is a single rendered page of a document — the same definition you'd use in a print preview. A 12-page bank statement counts as 12 pages. A single-page payslip counts as 1 page. We don't bill by API call or by request — we bill on actual content processed.
Yes, for documents up to 10 pages. Above that, we recommend async mode with a webhook callback. The async path has the same per-page rate; you're not charged differently for sync vs. async.
Starter and Professional are self-serve — most teams are extracting documents in under an hour. Enterprise typically takes 2-4 weeks for VPC setup, BAA execution, and custom integration with your systems.
Yes. The Starter plan includes a 14-day free trial with 100 pages of processing. No credit card required to start. If you need more volume to evaluate, talk to our team about a Professional pilot.
Yes — anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Annual plans are prorated on upgrade.
Annual plans are 20% cheaper than monthly on the same tier. They commit you for 12 months, paid upfront or quarterly. Monthly plans are pay-as-you-go with no commitment. Both have the same feature set.
Yes. Volume discounts kick in above 50,000 pages/month and become substantial above 250,000 pages/month. Enterprise contracts include negotiated per-page rates that reflect your committed volume.
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and ACH for Starter and Professional. Wire transfer and net-30 invoicing on Enterprise. We do not currently accept crypto.
